Sessions that extend themselves
At ten, five and one minute left the kiosk warns the player and offers more time. They top up from the seat — no queue at the desk, no PC going idle.
Software for gaming centers
An admin panel for your front desk and a kiosk for every gaming PC. Every station, sale and session in one place — and a screen that sells time, food and passes while your players play.
Every PC, console and table with its paid time left, next to the orders waiting for approval and today's takings. Right-click a PC to see its screen or take it over.
Why venues switch
At ten, five and one minute left the kiosk warns the player and offers more time. They top up from the seat — no queue at the desk, no PC going idle.
Food, drinks and passes ordered from the seat and paid from the player's balance. Orders land at your desk for one-tap approval.
Prepaid wallets put cash in before play starts. Every sale, refund, top-up and staff action is logged with a name and a time.
The yearly plan costs $4.11 a day — less than one hour on one PC.

FAQ
Two apps and everything behind them. The admin panel runs in a browser at your front desk: floor map, till, player accounts, bookings and statistics. The kiosk installs on each gaming PC and is what your players see. Hosting, updates and support are included — there's no server for you to buy or maintain.
No. The kiosk runs on the Windows 10 or 11 gaming PCs you already have (Pro, Enterprise or Education — not Home). The admin panel works on any computer or tablet with a browser. Consoles, VR rigs and pool tables are tracked from the admin panel with nothing installed on them.
That's what it's built to prevent. The kiosk replaces the Windows desktop, so there's no taskbar, Start menu or File Explorer, and Alt+Tab only moves between apps the player opened. Staff can still open a desktop or a remote session from the admin panel when a PC needs work.
Take cash, card or bank transfer at the desk, or charge the player's prepaid balance — with a credit limit if you want one. Game time is sold like any product, so two hours bought at the counter or from the seat land on the player's clock immediately.
Term plans don't renew automatically. When yours ends you choose whether to renew, switch term or move to Lifetime — you can upgrade at any time. Lifetime never expires for that venue.
Cybercafe is a cloud system, so new sales and sessions wait for the connection. Running sessions stop within about a minute and players are only charged up to that point; everything settles once you're back online. With the table lights add-on, staff can still switch table lights from the counter PC for up to eight hours.
